Baby Naitik Sainath Kulye, just 4 months old, is suffering from Congenital Heart Disease (Large VSD) and failure to thrive. He needs urgent Open Heart Surgery (VSD Closure) at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, Mumbai, within the next 1–2 weeks.

The surgery will cost Rs 2,20,000, but his father, Sainath Kulye, who works as a packing worker, cannot afford this amount.
