A 2-month-old baby girl, daughter of Meena Shravan Tiwari, is battling a life-threatening condition—Congenital Heart Disease (Truncus Arteriosus Type I). She is currently undergoing treatment at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, Mumbai, where doctors have advised urgent open-heart surgery within the next 2–4 weeks.

Her father, who used to work in a fast food job, is struggling to even meet basic daily needs, making it impossible for the family to afford the surgery. The estimated cost of treatment is Rs 4,50,000, an amount far beyond their reach.
