Diagnosed at a tender age, he has been admitted to MGM Medical Centre and Research Centre, where doctors have recommended chemotherapy and supportive treatment for 2.5 years. The cost of his treatment is estimated at Rs 8,00,000—a sum far beyond the reach of his parents, Appasaheb and Chhaya Chavan, who come from a modest background. Their financial constraints have made it impossible to afford the life-saving treatment their son urgently needs. Rajveer’s condition is critical, and timely intervention can make a world of difference in his fight against cancer.
